The Thera-Band Body Trainer Foam Grip has handles with a foam layer that are comfortable to hold. Even when they come into contact with moisture, like sweat, it is possible to maintain a good grip. Because the tubing of the Body trainer is made entirely out of rubber, it is very flexible. At the same time, it is very strong and can endure a lot of power. This makes the Body trainer suitable to use in heavy conditions.
The Thera-Band Body trainer is available in different resistances, going from light to super heavy. With the different kind of resistances, there can be made a lot of variation in the exercises. It is possible to make them heavier or lighter with another resistance. Every resistance has its own colour to keep the different kinds of tubing apart from each other.
