Pure2Improve Weighted Vest
The Pure2Improve Weighted Vest is worn during training and can be made heavier with different weights. By making the vest heavier, the exercises become more intense and better results are reached sooner. The vest is easy to wear and can be adjusted to almost every waist size. The Pure2Improve Weighted Vest had different weight packages. These can be worn over the whole vest and are places in special sleeves. Because the vest is divided in many sleeves, the weight can always be evenly distributed, even when not all the weights are used. In total, the vest can weigh 4,5 kg.
The weight of the Pure2Improve Weighted Vest makes training more intense. When wearing the vest, the body has to carry more weight and has to work harder.
